We have been very busy in the kitchen, here at Harmony Gardens and Grub Ltd. We are very pleased to let you know that our garden-to-table foods are now available to order through the Open Food network at our virtual shop, Harmony Gardens and Grub Ltd (local customers only).
Here we are, with the fruits of our labour. We made delicious chicken bone broth, with coconut oil, all kinds of nutritious veges, beetroot leaves from the garden, turmeric and other garden herbs and spices for health and nutrition. We made our Glowing Golden Paste, made with turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom,ginger, black pepper and coconut oil. We also made our Yummy Gummies, with all natural fruit juice, gelatin, coconut oil, and raw local honey.
