It is important to know how strong your Medicinal Cannabis oil is, for a variety of reasons:
Everyone is different and everyone has a different tolerance.
For some health issues, a small amount of CBD is fine. However, for some health conditions, a much stronger percentage of CBD per ml is required.
When you know how much you are taking, you can keep track of your consumption, and identify the ideal doseage for you.
As your health improves, you may find that you need less CBD. Therefore it is important to have a range of strengths available, to accommodate your changing needs.
Here at Harmony Gardens and Grub Ltd, we measure strength of product by the amount of mg CBD or / and THC per ml of oil.
We will always keep you informed of the strength of your product.
As of this week, we can offer CBD 5mg per ml, and also CBD 10mg per ml.

You can use the solid coconut oil as a replacement for butter, gram for gram, in your cooking and baking.

1. Glowing Golden Paste. This is a handy, convenient, ready-made paste for you to make your own delicious and healing chai drinks. Made with turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, ginger, and coconut oil, it is full of anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and warming spices to sooth and ease your digestion. It is a fantastic health tonic and immune support, very timely for spring.

Medicinal Cannabis Infused Oils for oral consumption
Oils come in three sizes : 30ml, 50ml or 100ml (depending on stock availability)
There are four strengths of oils:
Mild (leaf only - no thc)
Cbd 2mg / ml (no thc)
Thc 2mg / ml
Combo - CBD 2mg / ml + Thc 1mg / ml
The mild leaf oil is very gentle, anti inflammatory, helps to repair cells and tissues, and helps with calming and soothing the nervous system in general. It is very good for anxiety, depression, hormonal disturbances, and auto immune disorders. It is anti bacterial, and has high levels of anti oxidants, as well as chlorophyll and phytonutrients for optimal cell support. It is great way to introduce medicinal cannabis to your system if you are new to this product, or if you have sensitivity to thc.
This oil is suitable for use in dogs as well.
The CBD rich oil is highly anti inflammatory as well as soothing to your nerves and cells. It is stronger than the mild oil, so it is good for someone who needs more CBD support. It is great for anxiety, depression, helping to reset sleep patterns, helping to reset your nervous system and mitigate conditions such as arthritis and rheumatism. It is a great way to help your system to relax and heal, and it is excellent for people who are very sensitive to thc.

SKIN BALM
The skin balm is made using the fan leaf of the cannabis plant along with stalks, stems and roots. Here at Harmony Gardens we also add lavender for additional help with pain relief and relaxation / sleep. We mix this oil with beeswax and shea butter. It is very healing, and excellent for strains, sprains, bumps, bruises, poor sleep, cramps, and stress.
Do not apply to burned or broken skin.

Golden paste is a fantastic comestible to have in your fridge. Golden paste makes a yummy chai drink. Golden paste contains tumeric, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and either cbd or thc oil. It is highly anti inflammatory and medicated for relaxation, pain relief, immune support, circulation improvement, and digestive health. It comes already mixed, so it is very easy to use - just add your choice of warm dairy-free milk, and some raw local honey, stir and enjoy!

Here at Harmony Gardens and Grub, we like to take good care of our customers. We like to make sure that they are using the right products for their needs, and we like to ensure that they continue to progress and meet their goals, over time.
Medicinal cannabis is a medicine, and it needs to be taken correctly, according to recommended protocols. in some cases, with some health conditions, cannabis is not recommended. Some medications should not be taken along with cannabis, as they do not interact well and could cause serious health problems.
Our phone consultation service helps to properly identify your current health condition, and any medications that you may be taking. We will help to identify your health goals, so that we can make sure we are achieving what you want to achieve, and that you are actually getting better!
You will have the opportunity to ask any questions, and we will also explain how medicinal cannabis works in your body. Everyone is different, and one size does not fit all, so it is important to get the product which suits you, and your health needs.
Each consultation takes around 20 - 30 minutes, in the comfort of your own home, over the phone.
Once a product has been recommended, we will schedule a follow-up call to review your progress. There is no extra charge for this follow-up call.
Phone consultation appointments are available on
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (depending on availability).
Bookings are essential, as we are not available for out-of-hours casual contact.
